I always loved mixing 3 or more trends into one outfit. This week I went a bit overboard in terms of trends incorporated. I am a huge fan of classic silhouettes and style. I was searching for a perfect peplum dress and Rooja.in answered all my prayers with this red peplum number. Well it incorporates two of the biggest trends, color red and peplum! what more can I ask for?

Accessories play a vital role when you want to restyle the outfit. My first look is a Classic look. I opted for statement necklace - DIY Dannijo necklace, poker inspired bracelet, statement rings. Completed the look with oversized sunglasses, sky high heels and DIY Sequin gold clutch. This is one of the safest and stylish way to style the red dress.

Well, I love to add my twist to this classic peplum dress. In Look 2 - Bold, I replaced statement necklace with Feather Bohemia rhinestone necklace. Feathers are making a comeback this season. I have seen feather skirts, necklaces, earrings, head-wears. Rhinestone necklaces, bracelets, rings are another trend I have noticed. I found this feather bohemia necklace and it immediately reminded of the feather necklace I saw in Ralph Lauren runway. I made my black rhinestone necklace into a bracelet for the second look. Aztec prints, tribal prints have also been going around in the blogosphere. I just fell in love with this Aztec print Madden Girl Steve Madden heels. I infused the aztec heels and tried a new color block of red and sea blue. This outfit reflects red, peplum, aztec, feather, color block trends! Yup more than four trends in one outfit.

I completed the look with orange lips. It is the new favorite color for me this fall. What do you think of two different styling? Hopefully, this post will influence you to add your own twist to outfits and imbibe trends to suit your personal taste. Do let me know how you would style a red dress? I will wait for all your comments.

  8. Amazing accessories! I like! I'm not that into bright colours. I mostly carry pouches of black colour or any basic colour. I've got this bag, By Marcel Purse, and it's amazing.
But as I see you flaunting such bright colours...I'm surely gonna buy such bright colour.
